1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, with original packing and tags.
- Customer must share video of parcel opening at the time of delivery.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

2. Refunds
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned product.
- Refund will be made to the same payment method used during order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
